Delivery Information

We endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We deliver by courier and Australia Post anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. We recommend courier delivery for fastest delivery.

We charge a flat rate of $13.90 for delivery by courier. If you are ordering more than one product on the same order, you only pay the delivery charge for the first product.

Usual delivery time by courier:

1-5 business days

Orders are usually delivered within 1-5 business days from the date of payment. The large majority of our products are in stock (at least 95%). We attempt to let you know before you order if a product is temporarily out of stock by providing this information on the product page. However, occasionally we may run out of a product that is usually in stock. If this occurs, we will do everything we can to get the product to you as soon as possible. If there will be an extended delay, we will attempt to notify you and seek your instructions.

General Notes for Courier Delivery

A signature is required for all courier deliveries. Where possible we recommend using your work address as your delivery address to ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery.
We can not deliver to PO box addresses by courier
The usual delivery times as listed above are for delivery to suburban Australian addresses that are included in the overnight delivery network of the applicable courier. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas.
Delivery by courier is during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Delivery to New Zealand is by EMS courier, and usually takes around four to nine business days.

Australia Post Delivery

Please understand that delivery by Australia Post will take substantially more time than by courier. There are two reasons for this: Your order may not leave us as quickly due to the time involved in sending orders by Australia Post, and that Australia Post delivery is usually slower than by courier. Please also note that occassionally we may need to send an order by courier - even when you have selected delivery by Australia Post. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery by Australia Post.
