Lowest Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

The competitor must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and be shipping from an Australian location. Competitor must be selling Australian stock.
The competitor must have a reasonable amount of the item(s) in stock and ready for immediate delivery. Price Guarantee is not valid for back-ordered items.
Price Guarantee not valid for items found on auction or on auction sites.
The competitor must be offering the exact identical product, determined by the products item or model number.
Price Guarantee not valid when competitor is closing down, changing ownership, under liquidation or where the item is on "clearance".
We reserve the right not to sell below cost price. We reserve the right not to price match an item that we have only limited stock.
We may require payment by a certain method for the item to be eligible. We may require delivery by a certain method for the item to be eligible.
Pricing is not retrospective. Your price match request must be approved by us before your order is placed.
Where the competitor has a website, they must prominently display their physical address and phone number on their website.
Competitor must be selling the item new, and not "used", "slightly-used" or "refurbished".
