Q. Are the phones Australian stock?
A. On the product page of each phone is a "Key Info" table. For nearly all phones this will list the Warranty period and for nearly all phones it will indicate "12 months - Manufacturer". This indicates that the phone is an Australian stock mobile phone which carries the
Australian Communications and Media Authority A-tick. This warranty statement indicates that the phone comes with a 12 month Australian manufacturer's warranty.
Q. Are your phones sim locked? Will they work on any network?
A. Unless mentioned specifically on the product page, Techoni sells mobile phones and PDAs that will work on any compatible
network. You can use any standard sim card with a phone purchased from us. When
you purchase a phone from Techoni, you are purchasing an outright phone. You are
not locked into any contracts with any mobile phone carrier. You have the choice
on which carrier and service you use. Please note that Techoni does also sell some prepaid and/or locked phones, but these are specifically indicated on the product page of the product.
Q. Can I use my pre-paid sim card in your phones?
A. Yes, you can use any compatible sim card in a phone purchased from Techoni.
Q. What does each phone come with?
A. All phones purchased from our store include the box, charger, phone, battery
and user manual. Our phones are exactly the same as what you would find in
Australian retail stores, as we purchase from the same Australian wholesalers.
Some phones come with extra accessories such as software, and data-transfer
cables. Please check on the phone manufacturers' web site to verify what is
included in each phone package.
Q. Do you offer mobile phone insurance?

to select Techoni Technologies as the shop which you purchased from to allow us
to easily verify and confirm your purchase information.

Q. What is your returns policy?
A. If for some reason you would like to return a product, then please contact
one of our friendly customer service representatives for assistance. If you
receive a faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can

Q. Is your site secure?
A. Yes, all credit card transactions are sent using Secure Socket Layer systems,
which provide a secure pipeline between your computer and our commercial SSL
server. SSL is used by banks worldwide. All credit card details are stored using
extremely strong encrypted, and they are handled with the utmost care.
Q. I have found an error on your site. What do I do?
A. We try and have as few as errors as possible on our site, however
unfortunately one or two may occur. We would love for you to contact us,
informing us of the error, so that we can have it fixed.

A. Quite Possibly. If the item is similar to the products that we sell, there is
a good chance that we could source the product on your behalf. Please email a

at the bottom of every page. The quickest way to contact a customer service
representative is to fill in the contact form found on this page. A customer
service representative will reply to your question via email or phone.

A. Techoni Technologies values customer privacy. We recommend that you read our

Q. Do I receive a warranty with the product that I order?
A. Of course. All products that we sell come with a manufacturers warranty. Your
warranty details will be included with your order.

Q. Are my goods insured?
A. All orders being delivered in Australia are insured. Goods will usually be delivered to you via courier, and
a signature will be required.
Q. How will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually delivered by courier. All orders will always require a
signature for security purposes. Please read our shipping and returns page for
further details on our shipping procedures.
Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A. The large majority of orders are delivered within three business days. If
there is a delay in your order, we will contact you. Longer delivery times may
occur for country and remote areas. Please read our shipping and returns page
for further details on our shipping procedures. Delivery for International
Orders may take longer.
Q. Can I pay extra for a speedy delivery?
A. We consider that our delivery methods are already speedy. Most orders are
delivered within three business days. If you absolutely require overnight
delivery, we may be able to assist you - please call us to discuss. Please note
an express handling and courier charge may apply.
Q. What are the freight costs?
A. The freight cost is always shown at the check out. The current price for
shipping is $13.90. Please note that this is different for International Orders.
Q. Why does someone have to sign for the goods?
A. All orders must be signed for, due to security reasons. This way, we receive
confirmation that the order has been successfully delivered.

Q. Do I get a tax invoice with the goods?
A. Yes, a tax invoice is created when you place your order. This must be kept
for product returns and warranty claims as well as for GST purposes.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept many payment methods. Our preferred payment method is by BPAY. We
also accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Diners), Cheques, Money
Orders, EFT Transfer, Bank Deposits and Payit@POST (Payment over the counter at
an Australia Post office).
