Pickup - Sydney Store (Click here for Address & Map)

In addition to delivery, we now offer the option to pick up your order at our Sydney store. Simply order, pay, then pick it up. We will call you when your order is ready for collection.

Important Note - Two types of pickup options

a) Place your order first: For most products it is necessary to place your order first. There is no stock of these items kept in our Sydney store. Items are kept in our warehouse and sent to our Sydney store as they are ordered.
b) Immediate Pickup: Some products are available for immediate pickup. These products are specifically indicated by the "Pickup Available" image at the top of the product page. It is not necessary to order these products - you can just purchase them at our store. However we recommend placing an order prior to pickup, as we will reserve stock for you.

Opening Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 11am-3pm

Payment Options for Pickup Orders

Credit Card: Place your order and pay by credit card. We will call you when your order is ready for collection. (Time: Usually 1 business day. Please allow up to 3 business days)
BPAY: Place your order and pay either the full amount or a 20% deposit. We will call you when your order is ready for collection. If possible, please email or fax us your payment confirmation. (Time: Usually 2 business days. Please allow up to 4 business days)
Bank Transfer / Internet Banking: Place your order and pay either the full amount or a 20% deposit. We will call you when your order is ready for collection. If possible, please email or fax us your payment confirmation. (Time: Usually 2 business days. Please allow up to 4 business days)
Cash: You can place your order at our Sydney store and either pay the full amount or a 20% deposit and then come back to collect it. (Time: Usually 1 business day. Please allow up to 3 business days)
